Job Purpose:

To deliver excellent customer service and sales performance through telephonic engagement, ensuring an enhanced customer experience and achievement of monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers over phone calls and promote HDFC Bank products.

  • Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.

  • Educate customers about digital and online banking services.

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery as per bank standards.

  • Maintain customer relationship and handle queries effectively.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Freshers eligible)

  • Experience: 0 – 1 year (Fresh graduates preferred)

  • Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Customer handling ability

    • Confidence in sales conversations

    • Basic understanding of banking/digital services
