Position Details
- Job Titles: Junior Operator / Officer / Executive

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Production Department
- Execution of key manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling.
- Operation and real-time monitoring of advanced production equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Diligent maintenance of batch production records in strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
2. Packing Department
- Supervision and execution of primary and secondary packaging operations, including bottle and blister packing.
- Ensuring that all products meet international quality and aesthetic packaging standards.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records for all packaging activities.
3. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Ensuring comprehensive safety compliance and conducting regular risk assessments across the facility.
- Managing waste treatment processes, including the operation of ETP/STP units.
- Maintaining and reporting on all regulatory compliance standards to ensure a safe, sustainable, and compliant workplace.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:
- Production / Packing: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, or B.Pharm graduates.
- EHS: Diploma, B.Tech, or M.Tech in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience:
- Production & Packing: 0–7 years of relevant experience.
- EHS: 0–9 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to attend.
Key Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of GMP and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in operating specialized pharmaceutical machinery.
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
Selection Process & Walk-In Details
We are conducting an in-person walk-in interview to assess candidates. The selection process will include an HR interview, followed by a technical assessment and final review.
