Key Responsibilities:

As a Scientific Data Analyst at Yonnova, your responsibilities will include:

  • Importing, cleaning, validating, and structuring raw research datasets from various sources (Excel, CSV, EDC).
  • Performing rigorous QC checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reproducibility.
  • Applying statistical models (t-tests, ANOVA, regression, non-parametric tests, Kaplan-Meier) to analyze preclinical (PK/PD, IC50/EC50) and clinical datasets.
  • Creating high-quality, publication-ready graphs and tables using GraphPad Prism and other statistical software.
  • Drafting clear and concise Statistical Methods and Results sections for manuscripts and reports.
  • Developing informative data visualizations, including bar charts, forest plots, scatter plots, and heatmaps.
  • Collaborating with researchers and scientists to understand their data analysis needs and provide insightful interpretations.

Eligibility & Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
    • Biostatistics
    • Biomedical Sciences
    • Data Science
    • Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Biotechnology
  • Minimum Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in GraphPad Prism (mandatory)
  • Experience with statistical software packages such as SPSS / SAS / R for statistical modeling
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros
  • Solid understanding of preclinical and clinical study designs

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to interpret scientific context and translate data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
