About the Role
As a Pharma Industry Trainer, you will serve as a bridge between the classroom and the cleanroom. Our organization is dedicated to creating an “Industry-Ready” workforce. You will be responsible for translating your decade of operational experience into structured, engaging, and practical learning experiences for students pursuing careers in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
Your primary focus will be to demystify complex regulatory requirements, share your professional wisdom regarding quality systems, and instill the professional discipline required to excel in today’s competitive pharmaceutical landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Execute comprehensive training programs tailored for students and fresh graduates, focusing on current industry best practices.
- Knowledge Transfer: Utilize your extensive experience to explain intricate regulatory landscapes, including GXP, GMP, and other essential quality compliance standards.
- Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor, providing guidance on career development, professional conduct, and the realities of working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Practical Case Studies: Develop and present real-world industry case studies that highlight standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation requirements, and day-to-day challenges in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
- Capacity Building: Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they are fully prepared to meet the high standards of top-tier pharmaceutical organizations.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong professional background and a genuine commitment to education:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and verbal communication skills are essential to simplify complex topics for a learner audience.
- Teaching Passion: A proven interest or previous experience in academic instruction, corporate training, or mentorship is considered a significant advantage.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of global regulatory standards, documentation workflows, and GMP compliance.
