Job Title: Research Sampling Associate
Location: Noida (Work From Office)
Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM (US/UK Shift)
Experience Required: 0.5 – 1 Year
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: ₹4 LPA (3.2 LPA Fixed + ₹80,000 Performance Pay)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Role Overview:
As a Research Sampling Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our primary research efforts by preparing and managing high-quality data samples for global B2B surveys. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and consistency. You will be working collaboratively with cross-functional global teams to deliver valuable research insights and project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage high-quality primary research samples for global B2B surveys, ensuring data relevance and integrity.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data cleaning, formatting, deduplication, and organization, ensuring data is readily accessible and usable.
- Implement data validation techniques to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all project workflows.
- Support cross-functional global teams by providing accurate and timely data, contributing to the delivery of insightful research findings and project deliverables.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail throughout the research process to guarantee reliable and valid research outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Data Analytics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0.5 to 1 year of experience in data analytics, research operations, sampling, or a similar domain is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Excel formulas, formatting tools, and data manipulation techniques.
- A strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a passion for data quality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving project requirements.
