HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, is inviting applications from qualified D.Pharm and B.Pharm professionals for the positions of Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist. These roles are available on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis to support AMRIT Pharmacy outlets at premier government hospitals, including AIIMS Delhi, Safdarjung Hospital, and RML Hospital. Available Positions and Qualification Requirements

We are hiring across multiple grades based on relevant experience. All candidates must possess a D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution and a valid State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.

  • Assistant Pharmacist: Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
  • Pharmacist Grade IV: Requires 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Pharmacist Grade III: Requires 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Pharmacist Grade II: Requires 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Pharmacist Grade I: Requires 8 years of relevant experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for the efficient operation of AMRIT Pharmacy outlets. Key duties include:

  • Dispensing prescription medications accurately to patients.
  • Managing pharmacy inventory, stock levels, and procurement requirements.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all pharmacy regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintaining appropriate pharmaceutical storage conditions.
  • Providing clear guidance and counseling to patients regarding medication use.
  • Diligent documentation of pharmacy records and daily operational logs.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: D.Pharm or B.Pharm.
  • Registration: Must hold a valid State Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 37 years as of March 1, 2026 (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates as per Government of India guidelines).

Selection Process

The selection will be conducted through a two-stage process:

  1. Written Test: A 30-minute objective-type (MCQ) examination worth 50 marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
  2. Interview: Candidates who successfully clear the written assessment will be invited for a personal interview.

Candidates are requested to report for the selection process on the scheduled date with all necessary documentation.

  • Valid Pharmacy Council Registration Certificate.
  • Proof of experience and latest salary certificate with breakdown.
  • Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

  • Category certificate (if claiming relaxation).

Note: Failure to produce original documentation will result in immediate disqualification from the selection process.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary structure based on the grade and experience level:

  • Assistant Pharmacist: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000
  • Pharmacist Grade IV: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
  • Pharmacist Grade III: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
  • Pharmacist Grade II: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000
  • Pharmacist Grade I: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000
