Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their respective departments in accordance with industry standards and internal protocols. Given the nature of our manufacturing operations, all staff members are required to work in rotational shifts. You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while meeting departmental objectives.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing or administrative processes.
* Ensuring the accuracy of all documentation related to production, quality, and regulatory filings.
* Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all EHS guidelines.
* Proactively identifying process improvements and contributing to project management goals.
Preferred Candidate Profile
To be considered for these roles, you must possess a solid foundation in the pharmaceutical industry. We prioritize candidates who can demonstrate a deep understanding of pharma-specific workflows and compliance requirements.
Specific requirements include:
* Pharmaceutical Industry Experience: Candidates must have relevant background experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately and possess the necessary relieving letters from their current or previous employers.
* Shift Flexibility: All roles require the ability to work in rotational shifts.
