Position 1: Quality Assurance – Validation
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage our validation activities. This role is critical to ensuring that our equipment, processes, and systems meet the stringent regulatory requirements necessary for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end execution and review of validation protocols, including process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment validation.
– Oversee the documentation lifecycle for qualifications, specifically Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
– Ensure that all validation activities are aligned with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and international regulatory guidelines.
– Collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments, including production, engineering, and quality control, to streamline validation workflows and resolve technical challenges.
Requirements:
– Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
– Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical quality assurance environment.
Position 2: Quality Assurance – Training Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and proactive Training Coordinator to lead our internal training initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining a high level of technical competency and compliance across our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the issuance and strict control of all training-related documentation.
– Develop comprehensive job descriptions and perform regular Training Need Identifications (TNI) to bridge skill gaps within the organization.
– Manage and maintain the Training Need Matrix to ensure accurate tracking of employee qualifications and competency levels.
– Spearhead the implementation and enforcement of training Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the company, ensuring 100% compliance with internal and external audits.
Requirements:
– Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
– Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience within a Quality Assurance department, specifically focusing on training and compliance.
