  • Interview Rounds:

    • Round 1: Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

    • Round 2: Operations Screening (Face-to-Face) (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

    • Documents to Carry

  • 2 copies of updated CV (hard copy, with Candidate ID mentioned on top).

  • PAN Card (mandatory) or Passport (for identity proof).

  • Face Mask.

Job Responsibilities

  • Consolidate data from multiple systems for inventory check & order entry.

  • Perform order entry, changes, and expediting requests in SAP.

  • Manage entire order-to-shipment cycle for revenue recognition.

  • Ensure accurate order tracking & shipment support.

  • Handle contract management (simple & complex) under order booking.

  • Provide order management support for sales & customer queries.

  • Work on SAP ERP modules (inventory, sales, receivables, invoicing).

  • Exposure to export process systems integrated with ERP.

Preferred / Must-Have Skills

  • Strong communication skills (oral & written).

  • Experience in customer service / contact center / order-to-cash / order-to-shipment.

  • Knowledge of supply chain management & order management operations.

  • Familiarity with SAP ERP (Sales, Inventory, Receivables, Invoicing).

  • Analytical & reasoning ability, target-oriented mindset.

  • Customer interaction / negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable making phone calls to internal teams / stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in multinational firms is a plus.

This role is best suited for candidates with prior Order Management / SCM / SAP background and 2–4 years of experience.
