Roles & Responsibilities

Process and manage wire payments with accuracy and compliance.

Handle banking transactions and maintain workflow efficiency.

Review financial documents and support loan origination tasks.

Ensure adherence to predefined targets and service levels.

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and meet client requirements.

Maintain attention to detail and ensure high data accuracy.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of wire payments, transaction processing, and banking operations.

Familiarity with financial software and payment systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Prior exposure to IRA accounts, advisory & investor services preferred.
