Job Summary

Responsibilities

We are hiring across multiple functional areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Quality Control (QC): Conducting analytical testing, method validation, and managing RM/PM analysis in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manufacturing (Sterile / Liquid Oral): Operating and supervising critical equipment such as autoclaves, vial washing machines, and filling lines while maintaining strict sterile protocols and documentation.
• QC Microbiology: Performing environmental monitoring, microbial testing, and maintaining comprehensive sterility assurance processes.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Managing Quality Management Systems (QMS), validation activities, and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) to ensure adherence to USFDA and global regulatory norms.
• Warehouse: Managing material storage, inventory control, and ensuring precise documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Validation: Executing process validation and equipment qualification protocols.
• Engineering: Maintaining HVAC systems, utilities, and production machinery, including troubleshooting and performing preventive maintenance.
• Project Management: Overseeing end-to-end project execution, specifically within the injectables domain.
• Packing: Managing and operating automated packing lines to ensure product quality and packaging compliance.

Requirements

To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: B.Sc/M.Sc, B.Pharm/M.Pharm, ITI, or Diploma (B.Com is accepted for Warehouse roles).
• Experience: 1 to 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preferred Skills: Hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing and USFDA-regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Eligibility: Please note that this hiring drive is exclusively for experienced professionals; freshers are not eligible.
