Responsibilities

As a Research Associate in the Analytical Development Laboratory, you will play a critical role in our R&D lifecycle. Your key duties will include:

• Analytical Testing: Execute analytical testing and support method development activities for pharmaceutical projects.
• Laboratory Operations: Conduct both routine and non-routine laboratory experiments with precision.
• Compliance: Ensure all laboratory work adheres strictly to internal SOPs and global regulatory quality standards.
• Data Analysis: Meticulously analyze and interpret experimental data to support project objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records, reports, and laboratory notebooks.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of research projects.
• Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following all laboratory safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Education: A B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a degree in a relevant Life Sciences discipline.
• Technical Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of analytical techniques and standard laboratory practices.
• Industry Insight: Familiarity with pharmaceutical development processes.
• Regulatory Awareness: Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines and the importance of precise documentation in a pharmaceutical setting.
