About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Intern to join our Patient and Provider Insights & Analytics team. Key Responsibilities:
As an Intern – Patient and Provider Insights & Analytics, you will be involved in a variety of projects and tasks, including:
Analytics & Data Insights:
- Conducting patient journey analytics at both national and sub-national levels to identify key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Performing provider demographic analytics to understand market dynamics and inform strategic decision-making.
- Supporting brand opportunity evaluations through the development and application of analytical models.
- Contributing to execution effectiveness analysis and optimization efforts to maximize the impact of our initiatives.
Project Support & Deliverables:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of analytical approaches for diverse healthcare datasets.
- Preparing compelling presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contributing to the development of methodologies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and processes for analytics.
- Ensuring high-quality deliverables and sharing best practices within the team.
Operational Tasks:
- Supporting the onboarding process for new team members.
- Completing project documentation, checklists, and post-project activities to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
