Job Summary

Ipca Laboratories Limited is inviting skilled pharmaceutical professionals to attend a walk-in interview for key positions in our API manufacturing facility located in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for experienced candidates with a background in WHO, MHRA, or USFDA-approved environments who are eager to contribute to high-standard pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities

Production (API)

  • Oversee and execute batch manufacturing and powder processing operations.
  • Operate and maintain critical equipment, including reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and filtration systems.
  • Ensure all unit operations are performed in strict accordance with Batch Production Records (BPR).
  • Maintain rigorous cleanliness and safety standards for all equipment and production areas.
  • Monitor raw materials and intermediates to ensure quality consistency.
  • Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines during all production stages.

Quality Control (API)

  • Perform comprehensive API analysis, including wet lab testing, stability testing, and in-process quality checks.
  • Operate advanced laboratory instrumentation such as UV, IR, Autotitrator, Karl Fischer, GC, HPLC, LCMS, and GCMS.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and essential microbiological testing.
  • Execute validation protocols, including sterility and Microbial Limit Tests (MLT).
  • Perform water analysis and maintain precise documentation in compliance with global regulatory standards.

Requirements

Production Department

  • Education: B.Sc / M.Sc, B.Tech (Chemical), Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or ITI/12th grade qualifications.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an API manufacturing environment is preferred.

Quality Control Department

  • Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc, or ITI/12th grade qualifications with relevant technical experience.
  • Preferred Skills: Hands-on exposure to regulatory standards such as WHO, MHRA, or USFDA.
