Role and Responsibilities
As a trainee within our Center of Excellence (QC) department, you will be introduced to the foundational aspects of quality control processes in a pharmaceutical environment. This role is designed for recent graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for assisting with laboratory documentation, adhering to safety protocols, and learning the operational standards required to maintain the high quality of our medical products. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will mentor you as you transition into a professional technical role.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have completed their 12th grade with a specialization in Science.
Passing Year: Only candidates who completed their 12th-grade examinations between 2023 and 2025 are eligible to apply.
Availability: This drive is specifically for candidates who are prepared for immediate joining.
Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will be offered a monthly stipend of 9,600 INR during their training period. Beyond the financial compensation, this role offers a significant opportunity for career progression. Upon the successful completion of the training program and an evaluation of individual performance, candidates will be absorbed into permanent roles at various Ipca Laboratories locations in and around Indore, depending on departmental requirements and candidate compatibility.
