The Opportunity: Quality Control (Center of Excellence)
We are currently inviting applications for a specialized training program within our Quality Control (QC) department at our Center of Excellence in Indore. Selected candidates will undergo rigorous training designed to develop technical skills, industry standard knowledge, and professional excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this walk-in drive, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Background: Must have successfully completed 12th grade in the Science stream.
- Passing Year: Candidates must have passed their 12th-grade examinations between 2023 and 2025.
- Preference: We are looking for candidates who are available for immediate joining.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹9,600 during the training period.
- Career Progression: This position is designed to be a stepping stone. Upon the successful completion of your training tenure, you will be evaluated for permanent roles and absorbed into various Ipca Laboratories locations in and around the Indore region, depending on your performance and departmental compatibility.
