Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis (HEVA)
Sanofi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Associate to join our Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) team in Hyderabad, India. This is a full-time, permanent position offering an exciting opportunity for life sciences or pharmacy graduates to contribute to global healthcare outcomes through evidence synthesis and real-world evidence generation. As part of the Sanofi Global Hub, you will play a key role in supporting the generation of scientific evidence that drives product value.
Job Summary
The Jr. Associate – Evidence Synthesis (HEVA) will assist in the execution of evidence synthesis projects, contributing to the development of research deliverables for global and local markets. This role requires a strong foundation in life sciences or pharmacy, coupled with analytical skills and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes through robust scientific evidence.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of evidence synthesis projects, including literature reviews, data extraction, and screening.
- Support burden of illness studies, epidemiology research, meta-analyses, observational studies, economic evaluations, and patient-reported outcomes research.
- Collaborate with HEVA teams to prepare research deliverables tailored for global and local markets.
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines and established HEVA processes.
- Assist in the development of strategic evidence materials, templates, and dossiers, including materials for US AMCP submissions.
- Support engagement and communication with HEVA, Real-World Evidence (RWE), Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Market Access teams.
Requirements
- Education: An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related discipline is required. A medical degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)/Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA) within the pharmaceutical industry, a Contract Research Organization (CRO), consultancy, or academia is required.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical and evidence synthesis expertise.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, scientific writing, and communication skills.
- Languages: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
