Job Description:

Labcorp is currently hiring for two Clinical Project Associate positions in Bangalore. These are full-time roles focused on providing essential support to our clinical trial operations. Successful candidates will be involved in a variety of tasks, from managing project documentation to supporting cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Project Associate at Labcorp, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Completing mandatory training within defined timelines.
  • Managing day-to-day project tasks with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Maintaining and updating project and technical documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Providing administrative and technical support to internal teams.
  • Performing quality checks on completed work and ensuring error-free output.
  • Tracking and reporting project-specific metrics to management.
  • Supporting the implementation of revised processes and SOP updates.

Advanced Responsibilities:

  • Developing expertise in assigned tasks to resolve complex issues.
  • Mentoring junior team members, ensuring competency post-sign-off.
  • Maintaining audit-ready training files and tracking monthly training compliance.
  • Participating in cross-department knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Assessing team workload and assigning tasks based on priority.
  • Performing peer quality checks and identifying process gaps.
  • Delivering training sessions and preparing training materials.
  • Reviewing and updating SOPs/WIs, submitting controlled documents to global QA.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in clinical research, data management, documentation, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and quality processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
