Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Technical Reporting Associate I to join our Global Reporting Solutions team in Bangalore. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a background in life sciences to gain experience in non-clinical research reporting and regulatory documentation. As a Technical Reporting Associate I, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of non-clinical study reports, summary tables, and CTD tabulated data for global regulatory submissions. Responsibilities:
- Software & Reporting Tools:
- Learn and effectively utilize essential software applications, including MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Gain proficiency in specialized table-generation software (e.g., ToxReporting).
- Manage assigned studies after completing the required training programs.
- Data Table Preparation:
- Thoroughly understand study protocols and use these protocols to prepare accurate and reliable data tables.
- Perform basic statistical analyses when required, ensuring data integrity and validity.
- Prepare CTD tabulated summaries to meet the stringent requirements of regulatory submissions.
- Input and validate data in Excel, generating comprehensive Word report outputs.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks (QC) for manually prepared tables to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
- Efficiently schedule and prioritize tasks to consistently meet established deadlines.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors and cross-functional global teams to promptly resolve any issues that arise.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) or Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Life Sciences, or a Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm) or Master’s degree (M.Pharm) in Pharmacy.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of research principles, statistical concepts, or regulatory documentation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
