Job Description:
As a Proposal Graduate, you will work closely with experienced Proposal Managers, assisting them in the development and execution of compelling proposals for our clients. You will be trained to understand the intricacies of the proposal process, from initial Request for Proposal (RFP) analysis to final document submission. This role will provide you with a broad understanding of clinical research, business development, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Support: Shadow and assist Proposal Managers in all aspects of the proposal development process, including text creation, quote generation, and budget preparation.
- RFP Analysis: Review and analyze RFPs to identify client requirements, project scope, and key deliverables.
- Data Collection: Gather and collate information from various internal departments, including clinical operations, medical affairs, and finance.
- System Administration: Enter and maintain proposal-related data accurately and efficiently within corporate systems.
- Meeting Participation: Attend strategic and operational meetings to gain insights into project workflows and decision-making processes.
- Document Drafting: Assist in drafting proposal documents that align with sponsor expectations and project strategies.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to Proposal Managers in areas such as pricing, resource planning, and opportunity management.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to learning the fundamentals of proposal development and continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience. Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
- BBA / MBA in Marketing or Operations
