Executive – Production (Hormonal – OC/HPD)
Job Summary:
As an Executive in the Production department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective training and documentation processes within the hormonal production unit. You will be the Training Subject Matter Expert (SME), overseeing all aspects of training, and ensuring compliance with stringent regulatory standards (USFDA & MHRA). This position demands a strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes, experience with training methodologies, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Production department, leading end-to-end training initiatives.
- Utilize hands-on experience with SABA training application to manage and track training programs.
- Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) for new employees and develop role-specific Job Descriptions.
- Manage the QAMS (Quality Assurance Management System) and ensure all documentation aligns with USFDA & MHRA guidelines.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of shop floor production processes and SAP modules related to manufacturing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) – Full Time
- 8–10 years of experience in Production Training & Documentation within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Mandatory experience with USFDA and MHRA audits.
- Proficiency in SAP (Production module) and SABA LMS.
Salary Range: ₹7.5 – ₹11 LPA (commensurate with experience and prior compensation)
Associate & Junior Officer – Warehouse
Job Summary:
As an Associate or Junior Officer in the Warehouse department, you will be responsible for the efficient and compliant management of warehouse operations. You will be involved in all aspects of material handling, storage, dispensing, and dispatch, ensuring adherence to cGMP guidelines and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, attention to detail, and familiarity with SAP transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations within a USFDA-approved pharmaceutical facility.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, dispensing, and dispatch of materials according to cGMP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory management, process SAP transactions, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), or Diploma – Full Time
- Minimum 2–8 years of warehouse experience in a pharmaceutical company.
- Candidates with less than 5 years of experience must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation/diploma.
Salary Range: ₹3.8 – ₹6.5 LPA (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
