Job Summary:
We are hiring Production Associates, Officers, and Executives to oversee and execute the manufacturing and filling of nasal sprays, dermal creams, and ointments. Successful candidates will operate and supervise advanced filling equipment, ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain meticulous documentation. We seek detail-oriented individuals with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role (Associate, Officer, or Executive) within the production team.
For Production Associates:
- Operate advanced filling equipment, including PKB (bottle filling & capping), Marchesini (Sofbag), NORDEN & IMA-PG (tube filling).
- Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and yield reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and real-time cGMP documentation and batch records.
- Assist in troubleshooting during nasal and topical formulation filling processes.
For Production Officers and Executives:
- Supervise the entire manufacturing and filling operations for nasal sprays, dermal creams, and ointments.
- Oversee the operation of equipment such as ADAM Master Plant (1000 kg), DARA nasal filling machines, PKB, Marchesini, NORDEN, and IMA-PG.
- Ensure strict adherence to USFDA, MHRA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage the shop-floor team, provide training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Production Associate: ITI / D.Pharma / B.Sc
- Production Officer/Executive: B.Pharma
- Experience:
- Production Associate: 2–8 years of relevant experience
- Production Officer: 2–6 years of relevant experience
- Production Executive: 8–10 years of relevant experience
- Regulatory Knowledge: Compulsory exposure to USFDA and MHRA regulations.
- Academic Performance: A minimum of 60% marks is required if total experience is less than 5 years.
- Technical Skills: Excellent understanding of cGMP, data integrity, and ALCOA+ principles.
- Other Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and communication skills.
