Job Summary:

We are conducting a walk-in interview for experienced professionals in API/Bulk Drug manufacturing to fill multiple positions in Production and Quality Control at our Lupin Manufacturing Solutions Limited (LMSL) facility in Dabhasa, Gujarat. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company and contribute to the production of life-changing medications.

Responsibilities:

1. Production – Jr. Officer / Officer

  • Operate and maintain API production equipment on the shop floor.
  • Execute unit operations and unit processes in API manufacturing.
  • Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and process safety protocols.
  • Manage manpower effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

2. Production – GMP Coordinator (Officer / Executive)

  • Prepare risk assessment documents (Process/NSA-GTI, etc.).
  • Initiate and manage Change Controls, CAPAs, and Deviations within the QAMS system.
  • Prepare Batch Production Records (BPR) and Batch Control Records (BCR).
  • Develop and execute qualification protocols and reports.
  • Ensure strong computer proficiency for data management and documentation.

3. Quality Control – Officer / Executive

  • Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and Ion Chromatography.
  • Participate in Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
  • Manage QAMS processes and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Adhere to USFDA, EDQM, and TGA regulatory requirements in the API QC lab.

Requirements:

1. Production – Jr. Officer / Officer

  • Experience: 2–6 years in API manufacturing.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma in Chemistry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of unit operations and unit processes in API manufacturing; hands-on experience with API production equipment; cGMP awareness; process safety implementation; manpower handling; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Production – GMP Coordinator (Officer / Executive)

  • Experience: 3–8 years of experience.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc.
  • Skills: Experience in risk assessment, change control, CAPA and deviation management, BPR/BCR preparation, qualification protocol and report preparation, and strong computer and documentation skills.

3. Quality Control – Officer / Executive

  • Experience: 4–8 years of experience.
  • Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
  • Skills: Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and Ion Chromatography; knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV), QAMS, investigation and documentation; experience working in USFDA / EDQM / TGA inspected API QC labs.
  • General Requirement: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 60% / First Class in their highest qualification OR possess a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification documented experience. Freshers need not attend.
