Job Title: Junior Executive-Trainee / Officer – Warehouse Department
Job Summary:
Maithri Drugs Private Limited, a leading USFDA-approved API manufacturing company, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Warehouse Department at our Bonthapally, Telangana facility. We are conducting a walk-in interview on December 6, 2025 (Saturday) for the positions of Junior Executive-Trainee and Officer. Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates with 0-5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, dispensing, and comprehensive documentation of raw materials and packing materials in strict accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
- Accurately update Goods Received Notes (GRNs), BIN cards, Area Transfer Records (ATRs), and meticulously maintain records of approved, rejected, and retest statuses of materials.
- Ensure the safe handling of hazardous materials, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Coordinate internal material transfers and dispatches efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain 100% accuracy in all warehouse documents and records, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Implement and maintain meticulous housekeeping practices, including pest control measures, within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment calibration, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Production, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Purchase, to ensure smooth material flow and compliance.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA, M.Com, M.Sc, B.Sc, B.Com, or BA degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 0-5 years of warehouse experience in the pharmaceutical or API industry. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and pharmaceutical documentation requirements.
