Job Description:
- Sampling and routine monitoring of water systems.
- Environmental Monitoring of Clean rooms.
- Microbial Limit Test of Finished products, raw materials and water samples as applicable.
- Bacterial Endotoxin Test of finished products and water samples, BET method validation of products.
- Maintaining stock of Microbiological media and consumables.
- Sub-culturing of Microbial Cultures.
- Growth promotion test of media.
- Calibration/ Qualification of Microbiology Lab equipment as per schedules.
- Maintaining Microbiology lab in hygienic condition.
- Microbiological method Development and validation for Finished products.
- Preparation SOPs/ STPs, Protocols and other documentation related to Microbiology.
- Upkeep the laboratory for customer and regulatory audits.
- Planning and execution of Microbiology Lab activities in absence of senior persons.
- Disinfectant qualifications, hold time studies, challenge studies etc.,
- Decontamination of disposal of Microbiology waste as per standard procedures.
- Responsible for Microbiology Lab activities in absence of Head, Microbiology.
