 Compensation

  • Salary Range: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA

  • Incentives: Based on performance and sales targets

 Job Responsibilities

  • Handle patient inquiries via calls, live chat, and online channels.

  • Coordinate with Doctor Coordinators and Hospital Units to ensure smooth patient experience.

  • Manage and update patient records in CRM systems and hospital software (HIS, E-Clinic, etc.).

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Deliver exceptional patient service and maintain professional communication standards.

  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance and improve outcomes.

 Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1–5 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or outbound calling roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Proficiency in CRM/Sales software and ability to use digital tools effectively.

  • Proven record in customer service and consultative sales.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

  • Graduation is mandatory.
