Job Description
We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented, and ambitious individuals to fill 60 available positions within our production unit. Depending on your experience and qualifications, you may be considered for the role of Shift In-charge, Chemist, or Trainee Chemist. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that production activities are carried out in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Key Responsibilities
For all roles, team members will be expected to:
* Maintain a thorough understanding of laboratory practices and analytical techniques.
* Strictly follow company SOPs to ensure safety and quality at every stage of the production cycle.
* Demonstrate flexibility by working in rotating shifts as required by operational demands.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow.
* Proactively learn and adapt to new quality systems and production technologies.
* Maintain high standards of documentation and attention to detail.
For the Shift In-charge Position (Specific Requirements):
In addition to the above, those applying for the Shift In-charge role must demonstrate:
* Proven expertise in managing daily production planning and scheduling.
* Strong leadership skills to oversee production activities and supervise junior staff.
* A track record of implementing productivity improvement initiatives and optimizing batch planning.
* Experience in troubleshooting production bottlenecks to ensure timely output.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Candidates applying for Chemist and Trainee Chemist positions should hold a degree in Chemistry.
* Skills: We value a strong willingness to learn, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
* Experience: We are looking for candidates ranging from fresh graduates (for Trainee positions) to experienced professionals (for Chemist and Shift In-charge roles).
