Job Roles and Responsibilities
Production Department
We are hiring for various levels, including Trainee Chemists, Chemists, and Shift Supervisors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Operating production equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Adhering to GMP/GLP guidelines to ensure a safe and high-quality production environment.
* Working collaboratively within a team and maintaining flexibility regarding shift rotations.
* For Shift Supervisor positions: Managing daily production planning, batch scheduling, and overseeing productivity improvement initiatives.
Quality Control Department
We are hiring Trainee Chemists and Chemists for our QC laboratory.
Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting analysis of intermediates and finished goods using HPLC, GC-ALS, and GC-HSS.
* Managing the operation and maintenance of analytical instruments, including Empower-3 software.
* Ensuring all documentation and laboratory practices align with GMP/GLP standards.
* Maintaining a keen eye for detail and ensuring all analytical data is accurately recorded.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Candidates must hold a degree (B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
* Experience: We welcome both freshers and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude toward learning, and the ability to strictly follow technical protocols and SOPs.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Visakhapatnam or the surrounding areas.
