Job Highlights

• Position: Executive / Senior Executive – FDQA

• Department: Development Quality Assurance – Formulation

• Eligibility: M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharma with 2–8 years of QA experience

• Candidates from Formulation R&D / API R&D are also eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), analytical raw data, and logbooks

• Manage issuance, reconciliation, and retrieval of departmental registers and formats

• Handle document control activities through eDMS

• Review product development and analytical documents for technology transfer

• Prepare/review SOPs, qualification protocols, validation reports, and supplier documents

• Archive and maintain GMP-related documents and records

• Support change controls, OOS, and incident management

• Assist in license applications and approvals in coordination with FDQA Head
