Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and compliance are maintained. Your core duties will include:
- Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished pharmaceutical goods.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock audits to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Ensuring all warehouse operations adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Handling documentation and data entry to maintain a precise digital and physical trail of all stock movements.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A minimum of a Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc, or M.Pharmacy degree.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing warehouse setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to operational excellence.
