Open Positions & Requirements
1. Production Department (OSD)
Roles: Operators & Supervisors
Eligibility: Diploma, Degree, B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy.
- Operators (2–5 years of experience): Must have hands-on experience in operating high-end equipment, including Granulation (RMG, FBD, FBC, Blender, Roll Compactor, FBE), Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Blister Packing (BQS Primary, Hi-cart Cartonator, and CVC Bottle Packing).
- Supervisors (2–5 years of experience): Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership in supervising Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, and Packing lines. You will be responsible for BMR/BPR preparation, maintaining rigorous documentation, and overseeing staff training programs.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Roles: Analysts
Eligibility: B.Sc, M.Sc, B. Pharmacy, or M. Pharmacy.
Experience: 2–6 years.
- Responsibilities: Proficiency in LIMS software is mandatory. You must have demonstrated expertise in operating analytical instruments such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, XRD, Potentiometric, and PSD. Candidates with experience in RM/PM/IP/FP analysis, stability testing, and analytical method transfer/validations will be prioritized.
3. Microbiology
Roles: Analysts
Eligibility: B.Sc or M.Sc (Microbiology/Biotechnology).
Experience: 4–6 years.
- Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in media preparation, environmental monitoring, and conducting water and product analysis is essential for this role.
4. Warehouse
Roles: Warehouse Associates
Eligibility: Any Degree.
Experience: 1–4 years.
- Responsibilities: Managing the receipt and dispensing of raw materials and packing materials. Candidates should have experience in material storage and handling within both Oncology and Non-Oncology environments.
Important Information for Candidates
- Shift Flexibility: All positions require the ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Given the nature of our work in Oncology areas, we are specifically looking for candidates comfortable with these operational requirements (preference given to male candidates).
- Relevant Experience: Please note that only candidates with relevant formulation experience and exposure to regulatory environments will be considered for these roles.
