Job Summary

Nitin Lifesciences Ltd, a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking qualified professionals to join our facility in Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. We are currently inviting applications for multiple roles across our Microbiology, Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Management System (QMS) departments. We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are eager to contribute to our high-standards, GMP-compliant injectable manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Microbiology Department

• Conduct routine environmental monitoring and comprehensive microbial testing.
• Perform sterility testing, endotoxin analysis, and water system microbiological monitoring.
• Manage media preparation, culture handling, and microbial identification.
• Ensure all laboratory activities strictly adhere to GMP microbiology standards and regulatory requirements.

Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA)

• Perform thorough documentation reviews and verify batch records for accuracy.
• Ensure quality control documentation remains in full compliance with internal and external standards.
• Support the investigation of deviations and oversee the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Review analytical reports and quality control data to maintain integrity and compliance.

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust Quality Management Systems.
• Draft, review, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and validation documents.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage change controls, and oversee deviation management processes.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP and regulatory standards specific to injectable manufacturing.

Requirements

Microbiology Roles

• Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microbiology.
• Experience: Open to both freshers and professionals with 1–4 years of relevant pharmaceutical microbiology experience.

Laboratory QA Roles

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
• Experience: Prior background in Quality Assurance with proven exposure to Quality Control (QC) processes.

QMS Roles

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience in QMS documentation within the context of injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
