Key Responsibilities:
As a Researcher/Associate, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of our commercial intelligence databases, focusing on the global pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Company Profiling: Building comprehensive company profiles for Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech organizations, capturing key information about their activities, strategies, and pipelines.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing and processing information from a variety of reliable public data sources, including company websites, press releases, scientific publications, and regulatory filings.
- Database Maintenance: Maintaining and updating existing company profiles with new insights, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Content Expansion: Adding new content to expand our data intelligence repositories, contributing to the growth and depth of our information resources.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables that meet our rigorous standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to achieve shared goals.
- Data Integrity: Following established guidelines and protocols for data collection, processing, and validation to maintain data integrity.
- Trend Identification: Identifying and reporting on emerging trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry based on data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of more efficient and effective research methodologies.
- Staying Current: Keeping abreast of industry news, scientific advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure our data remains relevant and up-to-date.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm degree (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug development process, and key therapeutic areas.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate findings and insights.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently to meet deadlines.
- Professionalism: High responsiveness, professional judgment, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
