Job Summary
Novotech is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will provide crucial support to Project Managers, contributing to the successful execution of clinical trials. You will be involved in various aspects of project management, including project planning, timeline maintenance, cost control, risk management, and coordination with regional clinical support teams. Responsibilities
As a Project Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers in the execution of project deliverables, contributing to cost control and risk management strategies.
- Project Planning and Tracking: Set up and maintain detailed project plans, study timelines, and comprehensive tracking tools to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Coordination: Collaborate with regional Clinical Support teams to facilitate the smooth execution of regional study activities, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Support team operations to ensure the highest levels of quality, accuracy, and timely project execution, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Data Management: Manage multiple databases and operational tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting and analysis.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough project documentation and ensure compliance with all project processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Life Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, preferably in a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare setting.
- CTA Experience: Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and data management tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: A proactive, flexible, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
