Training Details:
- Duration: 101 days (60 days IPDRG + CCS)
- Type: Offline, In-Person
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Stipend: No stipend provided during the training period.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting CTC: ₹21,900 per month (performance-based growth)

Job Responsibilities:
As an IPDRG Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Learning and processing Inpatient DRG (IPDRG) data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Performing clinical coding and documentation review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Gaining hands-on experience in CCS certification workflows.
- Working with complex healthcare data, coding rules, guidelines, and classification systems.
- Supporting the IPDRG team in various tasks, including coding, quality checks, and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards and organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Actively participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Education: Possess a degree in Paramedical or Clinical Sciences (e.g., B.Sc Nursing, BPT, MLT, Pharma, Life Sciences).
