Key Responsibilities

Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including payment posting and billing resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams for accurate invoicing and collections.

Identify trends and improve receivable efficiency.

Ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.

Deliver top-quality customer service and meet defined performance targets.
