Key Responsibilities

Make follow-up calls to insurance companies regarding pending claims.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.

Provide accurate product, service, and policy information.

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.

Maintain proper records of interactions and resolutions.

Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT).
Eligibility
-
Education: Any Graduate (Preferred)

Experience: 10 months – 3 years (International or Domestic Voice Process)

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
