Open Departments and Requirements

We are hiring for the following departments. Please ensure you meet the educational and experience criteria before attending.

1. Regulatory Affairs

• Designation: Executive to Sr. Executive
• Experience: 05–07 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Key Skills: Dossier preparation, global submissions, and hands-on experience with CIS & LATAM markets.

2. TPO Sterile (Third Party Operations)

• Designation (Manager): 10–12 years experience. Requires expertise in production management, QMS, audit compliance, tech transfer, process improvement, and production planning.
• Designation (Officer to Sr. Executive): 03–05 years experience. Requires expertise in production operations and QMS.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm

3. Quality Assurance (QMS)

• Designation: Officer to Sr. Executive
• Experience: 02–06 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Key Skills: QMS, documentation, CAPA, change control, deviation, validation, and qualification.

4. F&D (Sterile)

• Designation: Officer to Executive
• Experience: 01–04 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Key Skills: Formulation development and tech transfer (Injectable/Ophthalmic) for semi-regulated and regulated markets.

5. ADL (Analytical Development Lab)

• Designation: Officer to Executive
• Experience: 01–04 years
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Key Skills: Analytical method development, validation, stability analysis, and laboratory instrumentation.

6. Operations & Logistics

• Warehouse (Store): Exec to Sr. Exec (05–08 yrs). Needs knowledge of RM/PM, material management, and dispensing. (Any Graduate)
• Purchase: Officer to Exec (6 months – 05 yrs). Needs knowledge of RM/PM purchase and vendor management. (Any Graduate)
• PPMC: Officer to Sr. Officer (01–03 yrs). Needs knowledge of production scheduling and material planning. (Any Graduate)

7. Specialized Roles

• PDC (Packaging Development Cell): Sr. Executive (05–07 yrs). Focus on artwork review, change part development, MPC, PIF, and shipper configuration. (B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/D.Pharm/Diploma in Packaging)
• Microbiology (Female Candidates Only): Executive to Sr. Executive (05–07 yrs). Focus on analytical analysis, OOS/OOT, deviations, SOPs, BET, MLT, sterility, and pathogen testing. (B.Sc/M.Sc Micro)
