Key Responsibilities:
As an Ops Support Analyst I, IRT, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IRT systems, which are essential for managing patient randomization and drug supply in clinical trials. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing first-line voice-based support to users of our IRT systems, addressing their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshooting technical problems related to IRT systems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as IT, Clinical Data Management, and Project Management, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless issue resolution and system performance.
- Monitoring IRT system performance and data accuracy during clinical trials to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user guides for IRT operations, ensuring that users have access to the information they need to effectively utilize the systems.
- Assisting in system validation, testing, and upgrades to ensure compliance with global clinical standards and regulations.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the role of IRT systems in supporting these processes.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a voice support or technical support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
- Basic understanding of IRT systems and their application in clinical research.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Solid analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to accurately record and track support requests and resolutions.
- Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
