Position Overview

Academic Qualifications
- Production/QC: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
- Engineering: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Production (API)
- Execution of batch processes in strict accordance with SOPs and BMR guidelines.
- Monitoring of critical process parameters and operation of plant equipment.
- Ensuring total compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
- Maintaining seamless coordination with cross-functional QA/QC teams.
Quality Control (QC)
- Conducting rigorous analysis of Raw Materials (RM), in-process samples, and finished products.
- Hands-on operation of advanced analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques.
- Ensuring data integrity and adherence to GLP standards.
- Proactive investigation and management of OOS (Out of Specification) results and deviations.
Engineering (Electrical)
- Scheduled maintenance and upkeep of electrical systems and utility plants.
- Troubleshooting and rapid resolution of machinery breakdown issues.
- Ensuring safe electrical operations and supporting new installation/commissioning activities.
