Open Positions:
We are currently hiring for the following positions within our Quality Assurance department:
1. Quality Assurance Executive / Sr. Executive (Preferably Female)
- Responsibilities:
- Conducting and managing internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Developing, reviewing, and maintaining Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR).
- Identifying and addressing potential compliance issues.
- Collaborating with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 3–9 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
- Key Skills: In-depth knowledge of Audit Compliance (6–9 years of experience preferred), expertise in APQR (3–5 years of experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations (WHO-GMP, ISO).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
2. Quality Assurance Executive – Analytical & IPQA
- Responsibilities:
- Performing Analytical QA activities, including review of analytical data, method validations, and stability studies.
- Executing In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during manufacturing processes.
- Ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Investigating deviations and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
- Key Skills: Proven experience in Analytical QA and IPQA. Mandatory experience in Formulations.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques and instruments.
- Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality control principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
3. Assistant Manager – QMS (Preferably Male)
- Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Developing and implementing QMS procedures and documentation.
- Conducting internal audits and managing external audits.
- Overseeing the CAPA process.
- Training employees on QMS requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications:
- Education: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm
- Experience: 9–14 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Extensive experience in conducting audits and managing CAPA.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary Range (Estimated):
- Executive/Sr. Executive: ₹4.5–8 LPA
- Assistant Manager – QMS: ₹10–15 LPA (Actual CTC will be best in industry as per experience & skills)
