Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet doctors as per schedule and promote relevant products.

  • Build rapport and share product information based on doctor’s specialty.

  • Collect product feedback and assist in resolving any concerns with HO support.

  • Ensure product availability at chemists and manage order bookings if needed.

  • Address issues like breakages, expiry stock, and returns with distributors.

  • Organize medical conferences and product awareness meetings.

  • Attend company briefings and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

  • Stay updated on market and competitor activities.

  • Execute marketing and promotional campaigns efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good planning and organizational abilities

  • Understanding of MR/KAM responsibilities

  • Basic product and company knowledge preferred

  • Motivation to work in field sales and healthcare marketing

Eligibility:

  • UG: Any Graduate / B.Pharm (preferred)

  • PG: Any Postgraduate

  • Experience: 0–5 years in pharmaceutical sales or freshers with a passion for pharma marketing
