Job Responsibilities

Meet doctors regularly as per pre-approved daily work plan.

Promote the right products to the right doctors based on their specialties.

Collect feedback and resolve product-related issues with support from HO.

Ensure product availability with chemists and manage orders via distributors/stockists.

Handle issues such as near-expiry products, breakages, leakages, and credit/debit notes.

Organize conferences for doctors and medical staff.

Attend company meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

Keep District Sales Manager informed about new market trends and competitor activities.

Execute marketing plans effectively and ensure productive customer interactions.
Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Otsuka company and products.

Understanding of MR/KAM responsibilities.
