About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager (Medical Representative), you will be responsible for engaging doctors, promoting Otsuka products, and ensuring availability through chemists and distributors. The role demands strong relationship management, effective communication, and a proactive approach to sales and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet assigned doctors regularly as per the approved daily work plan.
  • Promote appropriate products based on doctors’ specialties.
  • Collect feedback and resolve product-related concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with chemists and distributors to ensure product availability.
  • Handle order booking, expiry, and logistics issues efficiently.
  • Organize and manage medical conferences and promotional events.
  • Report competitor activities and new market trends to management.
  • Execute marketing plans and sales strategies effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Otsuka products and pharma market dynamics.
  • Understanding of Key Account Management (KAM) roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Pharma / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Experience: 0 – 5 years (Freshers with pharma sales interest may apply)
