Job Description

As a Medical Representative (Key Account Manager), you will promote Otsuka’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build lasting relationships, and contribute to market growth. The role involves doctor visits, chemist coordination, complaint handling, and execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet doctors regularly and promote relevant products according to their specialty.

  • Gather feedback and resolve product-related issues in coordination with HO.

  • Ensure product availability through chemists and distributors.

  • Manage and follow up on stockist orders and address delivery or product concerns.

  • Attend medical conferences, company meetings, and technical presentations.

  • Keep the District Sales Manager informed about competitor and market activities.

  • Execute marketing plans effectively and meet performance targets.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Otsuka’s products and company background.

  • Understanding of Key Account Management (KAM) or Medical Representative responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.

  • Customer-focused with a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate / B.Pharma in Pharmacy

  • PG: Any Postgraduate

Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
