Responsibilities
As a QC Officer/Senior Officer specializing in LIMS and Training, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our laboratory operations remain efficient, compliant, and data-driven. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- LIMS Management: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Laboratory Information Management System to ensure seamless data management.
- Training Coordination: Develop, organize, and conduct comprehensive training programs for QC team members to ensure technical competency and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to USFDA guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal quality protocols.
- Documentation Excellence: Manage all documentation pertaining to QC processes and training records, ensuring they are audit-ready at all times.
- Audit Support: Actively support and participate in internal and external regulatory inspections and audits.
- Data Integrity: Ensure high standards of data integrity and accuracy within all QC systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with other departments to support quality improvement initiatives and troubleshoot operational challenges.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both the technical expertise and the professional diligence required for this role.
Educational Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in a relevant scientific discipline.
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of experience in a Quality Control department within a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on experience in managing LIMS software and coordinating training modules is highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, specifically within a USFDA-regulated environment.
