Job Title: Patent Analyst / Research Associate (Fresher)
Location: Noida (Delhi-NCR) and Navi-Mumbai
Responsibilities:
As a Patent Analyst / Research Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ innovation initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting In-Depth Patent Landscape Analysis: Perform comprehensive searches and analyses of patent literature to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for our clients.
- Performing Technology Scouting: Identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and innovations in relevant fields to provide clients with insights into future trends and potential areas for investment.
- Supporting Market Research: Assisting in market research projects related to life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and advanced materials, gathering and analyzing data to understand market dynamics and opportunities.
- Formulating and Validating Search Strategies: Developing and refining patent and non-patent literature search strategies to ensure comprehensive and accurate results.
- Analyzing Complex Data: Analyzing complex scientific and patent data, extracting key insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Creating Client-Ready Reports: Preparing clear, concise, and well-structured reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborating with Senior Analysts and Client R&D Teams: Working closely with senior analysts and client R&D teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Meeting Deadlines and Maintaining Quality: Delivering high-quality outputs within strict deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilizing Essential Tools: Proficiently using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized patent databases for data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: M.Tech / PhD / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Material Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Technology, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience: Fresh graduates only – 2024 & 2025 pass-outs are preferred.
- Academic Excellence: Excellent academic record with a high CGPA is mandatory.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, comprehension, and logical reasoning skills are essential.
- Interest in Innovation: A keen interest in patents, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with patent databases is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to conduct research with a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
