Responsibilities

As a Trainee in the Quality Assurance department, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to product quality and patient safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Compliance & Monitoring: Ensuring strict implementation of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) across all manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Operational Oversight: Providing line clearance for dispensing, manufacturing, and packaging processes, and conducting regular In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks.
• Environmental Control: Monitoring critical environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, and room pressure to maintain a controlled production atmosphere.
• Documentation Excellence: Verifying and reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and other batch-related documentation.
• QMS Management: Assisting in the lifecycle of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including handling deviations, change controls, product complaints, and recalls.
• SOPs and Manuals: Contributing to the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR), validation plans, and quality manuals.
• Process Integrity: Supervising gowning and entry/exit procedures, monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance, and managing the sampling and storage of in-process, finished, control, and stability samples.
• Training & Coordination: Assisting in the administration and monitoring of plant-wide training programs and maintaining comprehensive vendor files and product dossiers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Education: A B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution.
• Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of pharmaceutical quality systems and cGMP guidelines.
• Skills: Exceptional documentation skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Professionalism: A proactive attitude toward learning and a deep commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
