  • Venue: Signature Hotel (Gajuwaka), NH-16, Opp. BPCL Petrol Bunk, Sheela Nagar, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam – 530012, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Open Positions & Requirements

1. Manufacturing – Experienced Operators

  • Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc.
  • Experience: 2 to 8 years in injectable manufacturing.
  • Key Responsibilities: Operate and manage production equipment, including Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding, Terminal Sterilization, Visual Inspection, and Packing of Injectables.
  • Requirements: Must have a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and proven experience in a USFDA regulatory environment.

2. Manufacturing – Compliance Roles

  • Qualifications: M. Pharmacy (6–10 years experience) or B. Pharmacy (8–12 years experience).
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), including Risk Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, investigations, audits, and document control.
  • Requirements: Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation compliance. Deep understanding of USFDA regulatory processes in injectable manufacturing is mandatory.

3. Manufacturing – Supervisors

  • Qualifications: M. Pharmacy / M.Sc. (Full-time, 6–10 years experience) or B. Pharmacy (8–12 years experience).
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage upstream/downstream manufacturing operations. Oversee production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure adherence to cGMP.
  • Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in decision-making within a USFDA-regulated manufacturing environment is essential.

4. Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES)

  • Qualifications: B. Tech (Mechanical).
  • Experience: 6 to 10 years in Pharma Injectable Equipment Maintenance.
  • Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead efforts in developing and executing equipment reliability plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Requirements: Ability to maintain accurate records of equipment performance, root cause analysis, and proactive action planning to minimize operational losses.
