Job Details

1) Sr. Executive / Executive – Production (Jambusar Plant)

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering

Experience:

• 4 to 9 years in chemical or agrochemical manufacturing

• Minimum 2 years experience in DCS Panel and field operation & shift management

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in DCS operations

• Expertise in hazardous chemical plant operations

• Knowledge of solvent recovery, distillation, and batch processing

• Familiarity with safety standards & emergency response procedures

• Ability to lead and guide a shift team

2) Supervisor – Production (Jambusar Plant)

Qualification:

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience:

• 5 to 9 years in DCS Panel and Field Operations at hazardous chemical plants

Key Skills Required:

• Operation of DCS/PLC-based systems

• Field monitoring of process units

• Understanding of plant startup/shutdown procedures

• Compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) norms

• Strong team coordination and communication

Key Responsibilities (for all roles)

• Oversee production activities and maintain smooth plant operation

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, batch sheets, and safety guidelines

• Handle DCS control operations for continuous/batch processes

• Supervise field operators and manage shift operations

• Troubleshoot process abnormalities and report to Shift In-charge / Manager

• Ensure zero accidents and quality compliance

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and EHS teams

• Maintain production logs and plant documentation
